Our History

In 1938, Frizelle Enos started out in Sebastopol. The store was built in 1939 by Mr. Rauly Edwards. We are proud to be one of the longest, continuously running businesses in Sonoma County.

Where the Name Comes From

One of the most asked questions is, “What is a Frizelle Enos?” It’s really quite simple—it’s the name of the two proprietors who held the business from 1947 to 1966. The store became a staple in Sebastopol, and new owners decided not to change the name.

Expanding to Penngrove

In the spring of 2011, we opened our second store in downtown Penngrove, located at 10035 Main Street. We have been supplying ranch, farm, and small animal pet owners with the same high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable service as our Sebastopol store.

Continuing the Legacy

Since the Sebastopol store was destroyed by fire in July of 2013, we have continued to serve our Sebastopol customers from our Penngrove store. We remain committed to providing the same great service to all of our customers from this location.

More Than Just a Feed Store

We are much more than just a feed store—we are 12,000 square feet of not only product, but knowledge. What began as a feed mill has evolved into something greater. We are both family-friendly and pet-friendly, offering an environment of comfort and fun.

We specialize in small and large animal feed, from the family pet to livestock breeds. Beyond pet and animal feed, we carry Carhartt clothing, a variety of Muck Boots, rubber boots, and work boots.
